e-COREse 21 day challenge

Hey goddesses! A group of us have already signed up for Gayla's e-COREse and we're underway, its not to late too join up.

If you're a little curious, we're in week one. Exercises and affirmations in the first week are focused around getting more aligned with your centre of wisdom. The part of yourself that knows exactly what you want, how to get it and what motivates you above all else. In this core of all wisdom that resides within, you are absolutely sure about your true purpose for living. It just takes some time playing around in there to unleash it!

Oh by the way, just between you, me and Gayla ... life WAS meant to be easy! Gayla is convinced the old saying 'life wasn't meant to be easy" was based on a limited belief that we have to get sucked into every chaotic piece of information coming our way. We don't. We have the power to choose what gets deleted and what gets right of passage in our mental computers. We just need to know a few tools as to how to do that.

The exercises are meant to be built upon. Each day you will add what you've learned the previous day to the exercise you're practicing today.

So let's begin! What do you have to loose? Find out how to enrol in this free course here.

Yes, I signed up and am excited to refocus. Some things I am re-remembering...like the daily writing and the basic breathing! Thanks a lot for doing this. Gayla seems like a lovely, gentle soul.

Its one email a day ... but because it involves soul work, it can be a little overwhelming ... but that's why I called it a challenge ...just remember your breathing!
